Library Board
Agendas are posted at the Eleanor Ellis Public Library, Phelps Town Hall, Phelps Town Hall, Phelps Convenience Center, Phelps Post Office, and mailed to the Vilas County News Review.
The Library Board meets bi-monthly on the second Tuesday of the odd months at 4 pm. The public is welcome!
